Join us for a training session outside in the clean norwegian air and nature that will finish with a nutrious meal and eat together in the new Book cafe in SiS studenthus.
The offer is open to all students, regardless of physical condition or previous training experience, and you are in charge of your own intensity during this session. If you need a push to get started being physical or you are seeking new active friendships, this event will be the right one for you.
WHEN: Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
MEETING POINT: By the main entrance of the SiS student house (A quick walk up to Sørmarka Tuftepark, where we will start the training program)
Dress according to the weather. We will stay in one place in Sørmarka, so you can leave your warm jacket, water bottle, etc., during the training.
